GETTING HERE

We're closer than you think!      The Beach - Google map

BY SUBWAY
Make The Beach a perfect one-day getaway by purchasing a TTC day pass for yourself or the family.

Take the Bloor subway and get off at Woodbine or Main Street stations.
From the Woodbine Street station: take the #92 Woodbine South bus to Queen Street.
From the Main Street station: take the #64 Main Street South bus to Queen Street.

BY STREETCAR
Take the #501 Neville Park streetcar that runs on Queen Street, eastbound to the Beaches.

Vintage streetcars and a modern streetcar
traverse Queen St during the Easter Parade.

BY CAR
From the East:
Get onto Kingston Road and exit south, anywhere from Fallingbrook to Woodbine Ave. to get to Queen Street East.

From the West:
Take the Gardiner Expressway and exit at Lakeshore Blvd. Follow Lakeshore Blvd. as it wraps up to Queen Street East and head either east or west.

From the North:
Take the DVP and exit at Lakeshore Blvd. Eastbound (This is a left lane exit at the bottom of the DVP just before it turns onto the Gardiner Expressway.)
Follow Lakeshore Blvd. as it wraps up to Queen Street East and head either east or west.

BY BIKE
If you take the Martin Goodman Trail (for bicyclists, bladers, runners and walkers) from the heart of Toronto to the heart of the Beaches, this lovely ride will take approximately a half-hour.

PARKING
Paid parking is available at City lots and on Queen Street East during certain hours. You can find parking one-half block south of Queen and west of Woodbine in mini-lots that extend for several blocks, at lots on the Lakeshore between Coxwell and Woodbine, on the southwest corner of Queen and Kingston Road, and south of Queen on Lee Ave. You can find additional parking three blocks east of Kew Park on Hammersmith, just north of Queen. See the P lots on the Area Map.
